Gabby Windey Talks New Flower by Edie Parker’s 4/20 Campaign

Gabby Windey is riding high. The star of “The Bachelor” Season 26 and “The Bachelorette” Season 19 has jumped into another level of fame since becoming one of the winners of “The Traitors” Season Three and going viral on TikTok with her nonchalant, but often philosophical videos. Now, Windey is lending her star power to luxury cannabis brand Flower by Edie Parker’s newest 4/20 campaign, High Achiever, revealed on Sunday.

Working closely with Flower by Edie Parker founder Brett Heyman, Windey created a high school-inspired campaign, where she played a mascot fresh off duty, chasing induced euphoria.

“Brett and the creative team were amazing! I feel like they were able to capture my essence so effortlessly. I always try to make the styling and story of a shoot something that makes sense,” Windey told WWD via email.

Windey is seen in the photos wearing both a bunny costume and a cheerleader uniform. “I have been in a mascot before, but prefer to be front and center with pompoms,” she said. The images have the potential to go viral on social media, like everything else Windey says or does recently. With more than 1 million followers on TikTok and 1.4 million on Instagram, the television personality has found the right audience online.

“It’s really hard to put into words how much support and love I have felt. I feel like people are really seeing me for me and that’s such a special (and rare) feeling,” she said. “Like I finally get to just be who I am, which for a long time I tried to change (i.e., being sleepy, introverted and bothered by most things). But now I’m finding a group of people who are just like me, and I had no idea they existed, so I feel like I found the girls (and gays) who get it.”

For Brett Heyman, having a personality like Windey in a Flower by Edie Parker campaign helps “destigmatize, normalize social cannabis consumption and encourage people to engage with Flower like any other product that sparks joy in their lives.”

“It’s critical that smart, successful women like Gabby embrace the plant in a public way. And because our heritage is a luxury handbag brand, our perspective is always through a beautiful, elevated fashion lense. Our cannabis products and accessories are meant to be displayed, to surprise and delight, to be gifted and shared, for a good time,” Heyman said.

Emma Swanson photographed Windey for the “High Achiever” campaign, which features a range of Edie Parker products including The Burn shoulder bag in Sunset and The Gemstoned lighter case in Brilliant Star. The featured product assortment ranges from $8 to $295 and is now available at edieparkerflower.com.
