What You’ll Do:
• Media Support: Assist in day-to-day media relations, working effectively across key beauty, wellness, and lifestyle account teams.
• Storyteller: Develop media angles, contribute to media strategies, and pitch ideas that resonate.
• News Tracker: Monitor client and industry news, features, and product placements.
• Organizer Extraordinaire: Manage and compile monthly client press reports and recaps, ensuring detailed organization for clients, media, deadlines, and product requests.
• Trend Enthusiast: Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and wellness trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table during creative brainstorming sessions.
• Communicator: Possess excellent verbal, presentation, and follow-up skills, communicating quickly and clearly.
• Media Liaison: Develop and maintain rapport with a cross-section of media – beauty, regional press, socially conscious media, and online outlets.
• PR Material Preparer: Prepare client-facing PR materials, including pitch writing and drafting proposals.
• Multi-Tasker: Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet appropriate deadlines.
• Press Handler: Manage incoming press requests efficiently.
• Continuous Learner: Expand your PR & marketing expertise in media relations, corporate communications, and digitally-minded public relations.
• Influencer & VIP Connector: Leverage your experience in influencer and VIP relations to enhance brand visibility, build meaningful connections with key industry players, and foster impactful partnerships.

Note: Six One is currently 100% remote, but the candidate for this role must reside in Los Angeles or Denver for easy accessibility for in-person, on-the-ground beauty/wellness client activations.
