Julietta Is Hiring An Office & Logistics Coordinator In Dumbo, Brooklyn


Julietta is a jewelry brand with a strong following among fashion insiders, known for its vintage-inspired yet modern designs. Each piece is handcrafted in our Dumbo, Brooklyn atelier and has been worn by celebrities, influencers, and tastemakers worldwide. In just three years, we’ve grown rapidly, and we’re looking for a dedicated Office & Logistics Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly as we continue to expand.
Role Overview
The Office & Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations across wholesale, logistics, and office management. You will manage wholesale orders, oversee inventory coordination, liaise with our warehouse, and support daily office needs. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, in-house role based in our Dumbo, Brooklyn office.

Responsibilities
Wholesale & Logistics
Order Management: Process and track wholesale orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and clear communication with retail partners.
Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels, manage stock movements, and ensure accurate inventory records.
Warehouse Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the office and warehouse to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Operations & Administration
Invoicing & Payments: Generate and track invoices, monitor payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Process Improvement: Identify ways to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Office Management: Maintain office supplies, organize documents, and ensure a smooth daily workflow.
Customer & Vendor Relations
Client Communication: Respond to inquiries from retailers, vendors, and partners regarding orders, inventory, and shipments.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure excellent service for wholesale clients and partners, resolving any operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, office management, or a similar role (fashion, retail, or e-commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (fluency in English required).
• Proficiency in Excel, Basecamp, inventory management software, Shopify, and basic order processing platforms. (Zedonk experience is a plus)
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
