Zoe Saldaña is continuing her Saint Laurent streak. The Oscar winner wore a vibrant, head-to-toe look from the label to the “Elio” premiere, held at the El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The actress, who voices Olga Solis in Pixar’s latest film, stood tall on the navy blue carpet wearing a pair of Saint Laurent’s Miller slingback wedges. The Miller wedges are made from smooth, glossy, glazed leather and feature a transparent wedge heel.

The shoes feature an elongated, pointed toe that is pinched at the tip, a signature detail in the design house’s footwear. The shoes also feature a low-cut vamp and an elasticized slingback strap holding the foot in place. The Miller wedges measure about 4.3 inches, which is around 109mm, but also come in a shorter version measuring 80mm. She opted for the brand’s Argile shade, which is a milk chocolate brown.

The slim, transparent wedge heel is made out of polymethyl methacrylate, also known as acrylic or plexiglas. The material’s crystal-clear clarity creates an optical illusion that makes the front, leather part of the shoe appear to be suspended in the air. The shoes retail for $1,600 and are available in black and various heel heights.

For her ensemble, Saldaña and her styling team — she usually works with Marco Milani and Petra Flannery — put a more formal spin on the office siren trend, opting for two pieces from the Saint Laurent fall 2025 collection. The “Avatar” star paired a mustard, high-waisted pencil skirt with a loose-fitting burnt orange long-sleeved turtleneck. A pair of ultra-sheer tights helped harmonize the look.

Saldaña kept her glam just as vibrant, opting for bronze shades, a darker brow and a bright red lip. She wore small gold hoops and gold rings, while she pulled her hair back in a low bun with loose curls framing her face.

Saldaña wore a bevy of looks by Saint Laurent throughout the 2025 award season, and it all led to her taking home the Oscar in March wearing a custom gown by the fashion house. Saint Laurent Productions produced “Emilia Perez.” The actress also starred in Saint Laurent’s spring 2025 campaign photographed and directed by David Sims.

Saldaña made the “Elio” a family affair by bringing her three kids along with her on the red carpet. The three boys were all sharply dressed in navy blue blazers and white button-down shirts, paired with different shades of blue jeans. The boys provided contrast to their mom’s designer heels by throwing on sneakers to complete their looks. Her youngest son, Zen, wore a pair of Moncler quilted taffeta sneakers, while his older brothers, Cy and Bowie, wore the Air Jordan 1 “Inside Out” and the Air Jordan 6 Retro “Olympic.”

“Elio” is an animated science fiction film produced by Pixar Animation Studios for Walt Disney Pictures. It tells the story of an 11-year-old boy named Elio Solis, who accidentally becomes the intergalactic ambassador of planet Earth after being beamed up to the Communiverse by aliens for making contact. The film is directed by Domee Shi, Adrian Molina and Madeline Sharafian. It stars the voices of Yonas Kibreab, Remy Edgerly, Brad Garrett, Jameela Jamil, and Shirley Henderson. “Elio” hits theaters next Friday.
