About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support leading Sports Stylist, Courtney Mays. This position entails managing the day-to-day details that keep her creative process running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a knack for organizing chaos into clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
● Track, organize, and file receipts and expenses
● Assist with market pulls, returns, and sample coordination
● Maintain an organized system for wardrobe, kits, supplies, and styling tools
● Coordinate calendar, appointments, and booking schedules
● Provide comprehensive support for travel planning and logistics
● Support in prepping and packing for styling jobs
● Liaise with PR showrooms and vendors for pulls and returns
● Keep track of upcoming shoots to ensure everything is ready ahead of time
● Maintain and improve overall workflow and organization
Ideal Candidate:
● Previous experience as an assistant, office manager, or coordinator (preferably in fashion or entertainment)
● Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
● Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
● Able to anticipate needs and stay two steps ahead
● Comfortable with spreadsheets, Google Drive, and organizing digital files
● Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy
● A love for style, an eye for aesthetics, and an appreciation for the creative process
Bonus Points If You:
● Have experience working with stylists or in fashion production
● Are familiar with key PR contacts and showrooms
● Can help implement systems for streamlining workflows
