Beyoncé Struts in Feathery Ferragamo Boots During ‘Cowboy Carter Tour’

Beyoncé Knowles-Carter continues to introduce new looks during her “Cowboy Carter” tour. With just three days left in Paris before she heads back to the U.S., the singer completed a six-show run in London where she debuted an array of custom designs, including a leather leotard and thigh-high boots from Ferragamo designed by the brand’s creative director, Maximilian Davis.

On Thursday, which was the fourth show from the London leg of the tour, the singer showed off a new custom look for the “Refuge” portion of the concert, where she sings her songs “Alliigator Tears,” “Just for Fun,” “Protector” and “Flamenco.” For that portion, the Grammy winner, who was styled by Shiona Turini, came out on stage wearing a pair of leather thigh-high boots with feather spiral detailing.

The boots featured a sleek, second-skin fit, which wrapped snugly around Knowles-Carter’s legs. The footwear had a discreet inner zipper and a tall, block heel measuring about five inches. The boots had a sharp, pointed toe design and a slight platform on the front sole.

For clothing, the singer opted for a custom black and brown leather corseted bodysuit with Americana detailing and a deep V-neck neckline. As a response to the gloomy and rainy weather the singer has dealt with during the tour, Knowles-Carter styled the body suit with a gold, espresso, black shearling intarsia overcoat. The coat featured a crop design in the back, which fell just above the singer’s hips.

Knowles-Carter completed the look with black nappa gloves and a matching hat, to go along with the tour and album’s western motif.

“A #FerragamoMoment with Beyoncé performing in London during the ‘Cowboy Carter’ tour wearing a Ferragamo Custom look by Maximilian Davis,” the brand shared on Instagram on Monday. Davis was appointed as the creative director of Salvatore Ferragamo in March 2022. Davis was born in Manchester and graduated from the London College of Fashion, and founded his eponymous brand Maximilian in 2020.

The “16 Carriages” singer has worn a variety of thigh-boots and cowboy boot styles during the tour. The boots have featured buckles, fringes and sparkle details that popped on stage. She recently debuted a pair of custom Thom Solo boots and another metallic gold pair from Jimmy Choo. She also wore a custom Loewe look, featuring Onda flame thigh-high cowboy boots, a crystallized cowboy bodysuit shirt styled a red plaid skirt draped around a cowboy belt. Fans have been on theme during the shows, putting on their best Western and cowboy-inspired footwear and looks to attend the concerts, both in the U.S. and the U.K.
