Held at BFI Southbank, Shariatzadeh coordinated with her husband in a strapless black mini dress with a sculptural white bow across the front and rhinestone-trimmed spaghetti straps. Her heels, Alaïa’s Le Cœur Mules in black patent calfskin, added a clean, architectural finish to the look.

The pointed-toe shoes feature clear polyurethane panels at the sides and vamp, giving the illusion of floating across the foot. At the center, the brand’s signature heart-shaped cutout lends a subtle, romantic curve to the silhouette.

Cena wore a pinstriped three-piece suit with glossy black oxfords, continuing the formal palette he embraced earlier in the day at the film’s photocall. Their appearance followed other London promotional events for “Heads of State,” where Priyanka Chopra Jonas opted for The Row’s Vika sandals, a low-heeled, asymmetrical silhouette that has become a summertime staple for the actress.
