Hernandez immigrated to the U.S. from Mexico when she was 9 years old, and she began developing a strong entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. The combination of her passion for cosmetics and the lack of Latin representation in the beauty industry fueled her entrepreneurial spirit to launch Beauty Creations. Hernandez aimed to create high-quality, culturally relevant beauty products at prices real people can afford.
