Who We Are: Lizzie Fortunato is a New York City-based accessories brand founded in 2008 by twin sisters Elizabeth and Kathryn Fortunato. Based in Soho, NYC, our passionate 18-person team has grown the business to an internationally recognized fashion jewelry brand. Lizzie Fortunato sells to ~75 wholesale accounts including Nordstrom, Shopbop, Moda Operandi, Net-a-Porter, and a range of high-end domestic and international boutiques.
Who You Are: As the Lizzie Fortunato Brand Coordinator, you are a detail-oriented executer with a passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling. You bring a positive mindset and are eager to work in a fast-paced environment. In this support role, you will assist and collaborate with the Senior Visual Brand & Marketing Manager (“Senior Brand Manager”) on the brand’s social media, content creation, and 360 marketing campaigns and community presence.
Where You Fit In:
● You will report to the Senior Brand Manager and work alongside the E-commerce team.
● You will collaborate with the Design, Wholesale, and Production teams.
● You will interact regularly with Lizzie and Kathryn Fortunato for weekly content needs.
What You Will Do:
● Assist the Senior Brand Manager to create a best-in-class social media presence and on-brand campaigns as well as all other brand assets (website content, brand decks, packaging collateral, and more).
● Assist the Senior Brand Manager with creating and providing regular deliverables (ad assets and more) to our external Marketing firm.
● Develop collateral for brand initiatives, campaigns, and ad-hoc projects using Adobe Creative Suite (including: Klaviyo emails, photo and video ads, seasonal press kits, packaging collateral, and more).
● Help manage social media accounts: create and post content, engage with our online community, and maintain a complete understanding of all LF content.
● Build a strong knowledge of the LF community and customer, as well as the jewelry / fashion industry (this includes knowing LF’s peer set, referencing peer mailers and social accounts, and having a great grasp of the LF market).
● Track social media KPIs, top performing content, and community tags to facilitate weekly and monthly reports with strategic takeaways.
● Create and edit on-brand, engaging photo and video content under the direction of the Senior Brand Manager (and Creative Director’s vision) to support campaign initiatives across platforms.
● Identify and maintain influencer relationships for product gifting (via ShopMy and organically).
● Research new tools or opportunities to optimize content creator outreach and community building.
● Assist with product pulling for gifting via our internal ERP system and liaise with our warehouse when needed.
● Maintain knowledge of best practices, optimizations, and trends for each platform, including evolving formats and content types.
● Support the production of seasonal photoshoots and capture behind-the-scenes content (stills and video) during shoots and other branded events.
● Assist with shot list creation, pulling jewelry, and ensuring all shots are captured.
● Assist with budget management to ensure photoshoots and other projects are on-budget (includes helping source models, photographers, and other talent).
● Maintain an organized database of brand assets, formatting and properly labeling and saving photoshoot imagery, press pieces, etc.
● Work cross functionally with the Design team (around shoot prep / logistics), Production (to ensure samples are available as needed), and Wholesale (to support asset needs).
● Request pieces from the warehouse (via LF ERP system) to support photoshoot needs and track all units to ensure return of pieces and accurate inventory.
KRAs (Key Result Areas)
● Content & Graphic Creation: The Brand Coordinator is responsible for following creative briefs to create photo and video content for campaigns across platforms and mediums (from stylized product flat lays to on-person jewelry shots) and designing / creating on-brand digital assets (from Instagram stories to event invites).
● Reporting + Social Optimization: The Brand Coordinator is responsible for weekly reporting on social KPIs (measuring tagged and original content in relation to account growth and engagement), and for recommending performance optimization strategies.
● Influencer + Community: The Brand Coordinator is responsible for recommending influencers/creators, maintaining relationships, and being the first touchpoint for gifting.
Skills required for this role:
● 1-2 years of relevant work experience
● Knowledge and interest in the social landscape, a passion for social media, content, and trends, and the ability to efficiently create and execute on-brand content.
● Understanding of Brand Voice and Audience (i.e., look, tone, and feel) across all platforms / surfaces, and ability to react to trends quickly.
● High level of proficiency in Adobe Suite products (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere) and Google Suites products (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
● Flexibility to adapt to evolving needs and priorities and meet tight deadlines.
● A “no task is too small” mindset.
● Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a problem solver.

Salary range: $55,000-$65,0000 commensurate with experience
