The Houston Texans enter 2025 as even-money favorites to win their third straight AFC South crown.
Not far behind them are the Jacksonville Jaguars (+300), who went 4-13 last season but added dynamic two-way playmaker Travis Hunter in the draft, and the Indianapolis Colts (+350).
The Tennessee Titans have the worst odds to win the division at +750, but rookie QB Cam Ward is among Rookie of the Year favorites, giving them hope coming off a three-win season.
How will things play out this season? Here are the season-long odds for the AFC South teams and our favorite bets.

Best bets
Colts OVER 7.5 wins (-105)
Eric Moody: The Colts have a solid arsenal of pass catchers, including Michael Pittman Jr., Josh Downs, Alec Pierce and rookie tight end Tyler Warren, giving them plenty of offensive playmakers to help Daniel Jones succeed. And don’t forget about running back Jonathan Taylor and his big-play ability. With offensive tackle Bernhard Raimann anchoring a very good offensive line and DeForest Buckner leading a stout defensive front, the pieces are in place. If Jones shows growth and consistency, the Colts have the talent to compete in the AFC South and exceed their win total.
Jaguars UNDER 7.5 wins (Even)
Pamela Maldonado: Let’s rip the Band-Aid off: I’m a Jags fan, I love Travis Hunter — and I’m still on the under. The defense ranked 28th in efficiency last season, Trevor Lawrence has plummeted in nearly every key metric and the offense is built on “ifs” … if new HC Liam Coen fixes TLaw, if the line jells, if the weapons develop. Even with the sixth-easiest projected schedule, this looks more like a rebuild in real time than a win-now roster. I hope I’m wrong. I hope Hunter is electric. But until Lawrence plays like a $55M quarterback, eight wins feels like too much to ask.
Titans OVER 5.5 wins (-175)
Matt Bowen: The selection of quarterback Cam Ward with the first pick in the 2025 draft changes the outlook of the Titans. Ward has the throwing traits and the mobility to win critical moments, and the Titans also added talent on the offensive line. With winnable games in the division, plus matchups versus the Cardinals, Raiders, Browns and Saints, Ward and the Titans hit the over.
