We are seeking an intern fashion support coordinator. The role will start in May/June 2025 and run through September 2025. The position provides an excellent overview of the garment production lifecycle within the fashion industry.
Responsibilities include:
– Organizing buttons, trim, and packaging samples.
– Making internal color cards to send to clients.
– Taking inventory of internal colors.
– Curating physical and digital selections of trims for clients.
– Product sample data entry, sample filing and organization.
– Logistics and shipment management including preparing weekly parcels, dropping packages off at couriers, and dropping parcels off to clients.
– Maintaining communication with international teams.
– Social media posting and updating.
Skills and Requirements:
– Candidate must be available to come into our NYC office Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, for full (8 hour) or half (4 hour) workdays.
– Must be focused, organized, and have strong attention to detail.
– Must be able to multitask, work independently, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
– Must have knowledge of Excel, Word, and Mac Applications.
– Preferred knowledge of Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
– Ideal for students currently studying Fashion Merchandising, Production, Product Development.
Job Type: Part-time, Paid Internship
The office schedule is 9AM – 6PM EST, Monday – Friday
$16.00 per hour
This is an in-person internship based in New York City (No hybrid/remote). Candidate must be eligible to work in the US.
