Full list of selections, biggest needs

The Buffalo Bills have the most draft capital of any of last year’s playoff teams.

Buffalo has 10 picks in the 2025 NFL Draft, including three selections over the first two rounds. It gives the Bills trade flexibility and the ability to address their top three needs within the first 62 picks.

Buffalo’s 10 selections are as follows:

Thursday

Friday

  • Round 2: No. 56 (via Minnesota through Houston)
  • Round 2: No. 62

Saturday

  • Round 4: No. 109 (from Chicago)
  • Round 4: No. 132
  • Round 5: No. 169 (Compensatory)
  • Round 5: No. 170 (from Dallas)
  • Round 5: No. 173 (Compensatory)
  • Round 6: No. 177 (from New York Giants)
  • Round 6: No. 206

Biggest needs: CB, DT, Edge, WR, S

Cornerback: Buffalo has to find a starting cornerback to line up opposite of Christian Benford. Last year’s starter Rasul Douglas is still a free agent. The Bills brought back Dane Jackson, who played in Buffalo from 2000-2023 but traded former first-round pick Kaiir Elam.

Defensive tackle: Free-agent signing Larry Ogunjobi will serve a six-game PED suspension. Ogunjobi is on a one-year contract and DaQuan Jones’ deal expires after the season.

Edge: Greg Rousseau signed a four-year extension that keeps him in Buffalo through the 2029 season but A.J. Epenesa and Joey Bosa will be free agents after 2025. Free agent signee Michael Hoecht faces a six-game PED suspension to start the season.

Wide receiver: Quarterback Josh Allen won the 2024 NFL MVP without a 1,000-yard receiver. Allen threw 30 touchdown passes and Mack Hollins led the team with five TD catches. Hollins left for New England in free agency and Amari Cooper remains a free agent but the Bills signed Josh Palmer, who had 182 catches for 2,287 yards and 10 touchdowns in four years with the Los Angeles Chargers, to a three-year contract.

Safety: Buffalo is running it back with Taylor Rapp, Damar Hamlin and Cole Bishop, for now. The Bills also signed former Washington safety Darrick Forrest in free agency.
