H. Moser & Cie has announced its line of limited-edition luxury watches with Formula 1 driver Pierre Gasly on Wednesday. Gasly was tapped by the Swiss watch company to be its first brand ambassador in March 2024; H. Moser & Cie is also a team partner of Gasly’s Formula 1 team, BWT Alpine.
The new Streamliner Tourbillon Pierre Gasly model was created by Gasly alongside H. Moser & Cie’s owner and chief executive officer, Edouard Meylan.
“From the moment we first met, Pierre had a very clear idea of what he wanted,” said Meylan. “We offered him dozens of alternatives to challenge him, to push him off the beaten track. But each time, true to his instincts, he returned to this piece. His own, as we now present it”.
Meylan noted in a digital press conference that “[H. Moser & Cie] didn’t want to create a Formula 1 watch; it’s really a watch created by Pierre Gasly.” Later, he noted that the goal of the collaboration was not to do a “cobranded exercise.”

The design process started 18 months ago when Gasly visited the watch manufacturers and was asked by Meylan to create his dream watch. The finished model is available in two versions, both in 18-karat red gold. The rubber strap version is a limited edition with 100 pieces and the red gold integrated bracelet includes only 10 pieces.
“There are not many athletes in the world that have a watch named after themselves,” said Gasly. “So I feel very privileged on this occasion.”
Gasly shared in the press conference that he didn’t want anything sports-oriented or logo-heavy — although his name is on the back of the face and at the 10 o’clock position is a baguette-cut ruby, as a subtle nod to his racing number.
On the design front, Gasly was heavily involved in the process. Gasly said he used to sketch often as a child and was interested in fashion and the arts from a young age. His creativity in design came from his mother, who worked in the creation of textiles and designs for weddings. From the age of 13 onward, Gasly said he was interested in building a clothing brand — he’s also hands-on with his merch line.

“Time, as a Formula 1 driver, is part of my life. Every single second of every single day, whether in or out of the car. Obviously, in the car we’re talking about milliseconds. Ever since I was a kid, time has been a huge part of my life. It makes my connect with the watch industry even more so,” said Gasly.
The watch hues chosen are the complete antithesis of the bright pink and blue colorways that make up Alpine’s signature colors and the previous watch collaboration the brand did with the Formula 1 team. Gasly said that he chose chocolate fumé with rose gold since they speak to colors he gravitates toward in his everyday life.
H. Moser & Cie said that the shade is a rich brown that showcases “restrained power” and “attention to detail,” with an “understated refinement.” The brand’s logo is in a transparent lacquer and is in direct contrast to the Streamliner case in 5N red gold. The watch’s face shape is chromatically rounded and includes sporty lines for everyday wearability.
Gasly said he specifically asked for a Tourbillion watch because “there’s something mesmerizing looking at it and the live movement itself.” The one-minute tourbillon sits at the 6 o’clock position.
The timepieces have an automatic HMC 805 calibre to power the piece, produced and designed in-house by H. Moser & Cie.’s sister company Precision Engineering AG. The limited-edition rubber strap piece emphasizes sportiness, while the red gold integrated bracelet evokes exclusivity with only 10 made in the world.
H. Moser & Cie has also designed Gasly’s racing helmet for this weekend’s 2025 Singapore Grand Prix. The 10 watch owners of the Streamliner Tourbillon Pierre Gasly red gold bracelet will be given their own full-size replica helmets, with a smaller version made for the 100 rubber-strap watch owners.
The limited edition Streamliner Tourbillon Pierre Gasly rubber strap retails for $98,500 and the red gold bracelet edition with red ruby retails for $148,500.
