We’re currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented intern to join our team in New York City. This internship offers an inside look at the daily operations of a fast-paced startup and provides hands-on experience in product development and sample management. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our samples, materials, and workspace running smoothly – supporting everything from product launches to daily logistics.If you’re a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, a can-do attitude, and an interest in the behind-the-scenes of a fashion brand, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities include:
● Managing incoming samples weekly (receiving, photographing, and documenting)
● Organizing and managing product photos in Dropbox
● Conducting bi-weekly sample inventory and organization projects, including updating Airtable
● Consolidating, re-labeling, and organizing sample boxes
● Managing and maintaining organized shipping & storage areas
● Organizing and sorting swatch books and product development materials
● Creating shipping labels and packing/shipping samples as needed
● Supporting general organization projects around the office
Requirements:
● Based in New York City
● Available to work in person up to 20hrs a week (Tuesday–Thursday)
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
● Comfortable with Dropbox, Airtable, and general office tools (Excel & Photoshop a bonus)
