The Ohio State Buckeyes football program has had plenty of talented wide receivers throughout the program.
In recent years, the Buckeyes have had stars such as Garrett Wilson, Chris Olave, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Curtis Samuel, Parris Campbell, Emeka Egbuka and plenty more.
Another one is Marvin Harrison Jr., who was selected No. 4 overall in the 2024 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals.
Now, Ohio State is trying to stick with the Harrison family ties, and rightfully so.
On Sunday, it was revealed that Ohio State has sent out an offer to Jett Harrison, a Class of 2028 wide receiver who is the younger brother of Marvin Harrison Jr.
Jett Harrison revealed the news on his Instagram account with four words: “Thanks for the offer.”
Harrison plays at St. Joseph’s Prep School in Philadelphia and still has a long way to go in his school career.
On his IG page, Harrison also posted offers previously from Tennessee, Boston College, Syracuse and Duke, so there are a number of programs expressing interest in him already.
In November 2023, Marvin Harrison Jr. had an honest assessment of Jett, per Lantern Sports.
“He’s great. He’s definitely more talented than I ever was at that age,” Marvin Harrison Jr. said. “He sees me here [at Ohio State] and naturally he wants to follow in my footsteps.”
At the time, Jett was just 14 years old, and now he has an offer in place from Ohio State as he looks to follow in his brother’s footsteps.
