PSG Have Started Talks for Manchester United, Real Marid Target


PSG are positioning itself to enter the race for River Plate’s Franco Mastantuono, a rising star already on the radar of Real Madrid, Manchester City, and Manchester United.

With the summer window approaching, PSG have been closely monitoring the River Plate midfielder. According to TyC Sports journalist Germán García Grova, the French club has already opened talks and considers Mastantuono a top priority.

Meanwhile, transfer insider César Luis Merlo reports that Manchester United have shown the most concrete interest so far. The club has even sent scouts to watch Mastantuono live and is fully aware of his €45 million release clause—a key factor that could shape how this transfer battle plays out.

On Wednesday, Sky Sports Germany’s Florian Plettenberg reported that PSG have entered the race for rising star Franco Mastantuono.

The 17-year-old midfielder is on PSG’s shortlist, and talks have already taken place. Luis Campos is a strong admirer of the River Plate talent, who is under contract until 2026.

Diario Olé recently reported that PSG have entered the race for Franco Mastantuono, joining the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester United, and several other top European clubs.

According to the report, six Premier League teams are also showing interest, including new champions Liverpool, along with Arsenal and Chelsea. Mastantuono is under contract with River Plate until December 2027 and has a €45 million release clause. He has yet to make a decision about his future.
